Radical ForgivenessSylvia Clare (Writer, speaker, poet and mindfulness practitioner)
Healing from emotional hurts can be a challenging journey yet it is one that everyone is faced with at some point in their lives. People say let it go, put it in the past, as if it is as easy as that. If your hurt is trauma we know that the process is both lengthy and complicated, with no ‘one size fits all’. If your healing is simpler, it is still never ‘that easy’. Radical forgiveness is the deep clean of self healing. It takes you to places that will challenge you but also liberate you from those inflicted injuries.

Poetry WritingSylvia Clare (Writer, speaker, poet and mindfulness practitioner)
Come and explore poetry writing with Sylvia Clare. Find out how to use your experiences and imagination to develop your ideas.

Yoga Nidra Deep Relaxing MeditationSandy Hector (Yoga teacher and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist)
Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Yoga means union or one pointed awareness and nidra means sleep. During the practice of yoga nidra one appears to be asleep, but the consciousness is functioning at a deeper level of awareness. Yoga Nidra is also referred to as psychic sleep.
